Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village can accommodate wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions for up to 100 guests. We offer flexibility to the bride and groom allowing them to hold a ceremony and reception in a variety of locations or you may choose to hold only a ceremony or reception here.

Tlaquepaque Chapel

If you are looking for an intimate wedding ceremony, you can choose the Tlaquepaque Chapel. The Chapel can be reserved seven days a week after 5:00pm for a maximum of 45 guests.

The chapel rents for $450.00 for a 90 minute rental. You can also add on an additional 30 minutes for $50.00. In addition to the Chapel rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $300.00 at the time of booking.

Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit. Both the rental fee and the security deposit are due at the time of booking to secure the wedding date.

The first time period available for a chapel wedding will be 5:00pm – 6:30pm for a 5:30pm ceremony start time. The second time period is 7:00pm – 8:30pm for a 7:30pm ceremony start time. The first 30 minutes allows your vendors to decorate the chapel and prepare the chapel for your ceremony. Your guests would also be seated in preparation for the start of your wedding ceremony.

To book the Tlaquepaque Chapel, complete the Chapel agreement form and send it in with payment in full. We will then send you a confirmation letter along with a referral list. The chapel agreement form is listed below along with a floor plan of the chapel and its measurements. We accept Visa, MasterCard or check payments.

Cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. In case of a cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee $100.00 fee. Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to the event will be refunded the $300.00 security deposit only.

Tlaquepaque Outdoor Ceremonies

Tlaquepaque offers two locations for an outdoor wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests, The Patio de las Campanas or the Terrace at Patio del Norte. Each area rents for $450.00 for a 90 minute rental. You can also add on an additional 30 minutes for $50.00. Chairs are available at an additional cost. Full payment is required to confirm the wedding date. In addition to the rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $300.00 at the time of booking. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit. Both the rental fee and the security deposit are due at the time of booking to secure the wedding date.

For outdoor wedding ceremonies on the Patio de las Campanas, set up can begin at 5:00pm for a 6:00pm ceremony start time. Chairs are available for an additional fee. There are no time restrictions for wedding ceremonies on the Terrace at Patio del Norte.

To book a wedding ceremony outdoors, complete the Courtyard agreement form and send it in with payment in full. All fees must be received in full prior to the wedding and all wedding reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the above mentioned fees.

Bridal Changing Room

Tlaquepaque offers the Bridal Changing room at a cost of $50 per hour. Rental can begin anytime during the day and must be in one hour increments. To reserve the Bridal Changing Room, please complete the bridal changing room portion of the Chapel Agreement form located on the bottom of this page.

The Bridal Changing Room is non-refundable.

Wedding Receptions at Tlaquepaque

Tlaquepaque offers three locations for wedding receptions. Tlaquepaque provides the venue only. Our requirement is that a caterer must be chosen from our list of approved caterers. Click here for our list of approved caterers. Cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. In case of a cancellation, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to the event will be refunded the $300.00 security deposit only.

The Calle Independencia

The Calle Independencia can host up to 100 guests for a wedding reception. This area comes with six strands of overhead lights and rents for $1500. Set up can begin at 5:00pm and the reception can begin at 6:30pm, and must end by 11:00pm. In addition to the rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit. Both the rental fee and the security deposit are due at the time of booking to secure the wedding date.

The Patio de las Campanas

The Patio de las Campanas can host up to 60 guests for a wedding reception. This area comes with three strands of overhead lights and rents for $1000. Set up can begin at 5:00pm and the reception can begin at 6:30pm, and must end by 11:00pm. In addition to the rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit. Both the rental fee and the security deposit are due at the time of booking to secure the wedding date.

Terrace at Patio del Norte

The Terrace at Patio del Norte can host up to 80 guests for a wedding reception. The Terrace can accommodate either a luncheon reception or a dinner reception. The luncheon reception rents for $500 with a time limit of 9:00am to 3:00pm. For evening events, this area comes with three strands of overhead lights and rents for $1000. Set up can begin at 4:00pm and the reception can begin at 5:30pm, and must end by 11:00pm. In addition to the rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. La Sala de los Milagros Ballroom

La Sala de los Milagros Ballroom can host a maximum of 100 guests for a wedding reception. The Ballroom can accommodate either a luncheon reception or a dinner reception. The luncheon reception rents for $500 with a time limit of 9:00am to 3:00pm. For evening events, the ballroom rents for $1000. Set up can begin at 3:00pm and the reception can begin at 5:30pm, and must end by 11:00pm. La Sala de los Milagros Ballroom is the only location at Tlaquepaque that comes with tables and chairs. Ten 60” round chairs and 100 Chiavari chairs are included in the ballroom rental fee. In addition to the rental fee, Tlaquepaque requires a refundable security deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking. Upon completion of the service, the security deposit will be refunded and mailed back within 72 hours. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to make certain that Tlaquepaque has an accurate return address for the security deposit. Both the rental fee and the security deposit are due at the time of booking to secure the wedding date.

The Terrace at Patio del Norte can be added on to any ballroom rental for a fee of $450.00. Chairs and tables must be rented for use on the Terrace as the indoor ballroom chairs and tables cannot be taken out of the ballroom.

General Information

Tlaquepaque provides the venue only. Your caterer can help you obtain tables, chairs, linens, chair covers, glassware, tableware, etc. Tlaquepaque will allow silk rose petals in our courtyards - fresh rose petals are not allowed. Only insured, full service catering companies allowed at a Tlaquepaque Event. Click here for our list of approved caterers. Only approved catering companies are allowed at a Tlaquepaque event. Please note that Tlaquepaque does not provide ministers, music, flowers or candles. Rental is for the venue only and does not include chairs, tables, linens, tableware or decorations. If needed there is a referral list for local caterers, ministers, decorators, musicians and photographers. All candles must be drip less and birdseed or rice throwing is not permitted. Sparklers or any form of fireworks are not allowed on Tlaquepaque property. No doorways, entryways, or driveways can be blocked or shutdown on the Tlaquepaque property. No ice can be dumped in our flower beds, plants or trees. This kills our vegetation. If these guidelines are not respected, Tlaquepaque reserves the right to deduct cleaning fees and fees for violations to our guidelines from the security deposit.

Tlaquepaque accepts money orders, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. There will be a $3.00 processing fee with credit card purchase. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Tlaquepaque and mailed to:
